OC1 stands for "Offroad Cleaner"
A name born from frustration, passion and hundreds of hours spent in the workshop. This is the story of how a mechanic, dissatisfied with the cleaning products available on the market, created a brand now used by motocross world champions. A tale of 27 years of experience, a family business and one simple philosophy: only pure performance.
2017 — a year of testing and bold decisions
2017 was a year of intensive testing. Tomasz Banaszak didn't want to release a product that would simply be "another motorcycle cleaner". He wanted to create something that truly works — in extreme conditions, on a motocross track, after hours of riding through mud and sand.
That's when Max Nagl joined the project — Motocross of Nations champion, MXGP Vice World Champion and a legend of the sport. Together, they worked on perfecting the formula, tested various compositions and verified effectiveness on professional racing equipment. The result? A cleaner that genuinely delivered on every promise.
A year later, in 2018, the product was officially launched under the Factory TM Racing banner — in partnership with Max Nagl. The OC1 brand had entered the arena.
From a single product to a complete range
2019 brought the next step. After a year of positive feedback from the industry, Tomasz decided to develop a full range of motorcycle care and maintenance products. OC1 was no longer just a cleaner — it had become a comprehensive system for keeping machines in peak condition.
Two years later, in 2021, the brand entered the world of cycling. Szymon Godziek became the partner for this expansion — one of the world's leading freeride MTB riders. Together, they developed products tailored to the specific demands of mountain biking, slopestyle and enduro.
Today, OC1 products are available throughout Europe. The brand has become the official technical partner of the Motocross World Championship (MXGP) — a position it has held for three years. This is no coincidence. OC1 is the choice of those for whom effectiveness, reliability and safety matter most.
A brand present wherever performance counts
We partner with leading racing teams, including Yamaha Factory Racing, BUD Kawasaki, Jk Yamaha Racing, Jezyk Racing Team, Dream Team Fantic Racing and FF Triumph Racing Team. Our products also feature in the cycling world — supported by Copernicus, Michał Kwiatkowski Academy and team Factor Racing, among others.
2026 marks a special milestone for us. OC1 becomes the official promoter and organiser of the Polish Motocross Championships and Polish Motocross Cup. This is a tremendous honour and confirmation of our position in the industry — but above all, a natural consequence of our journey.
From the workshop, through partnerships with world champions, to organising national competitions. We're returning to the roots of Polish motocross — and helping it grow.
What does Only Pure Performance mean?
It's not just a marketing slogan. It's a commitment. Every OC1 product is developed with one goal in mind — to do exactly what it promises, and to do it better than the alternatives. No compromises, no "almost good enough", no empty claims.
OC1 is a family business. Tomasz Banaszak, who once competed in motocross himself, and his son Alex — a rider who stepped away from racing to fully dedicate himself to developing the brand — understand user expectations perfectly. Today, Alex runs a motocross riding school, sharing the experience he gained on the track. This means OC1 understands the challenges from every angle: from the workshop, through the paddock, to a beginner's riding school.
Our products are tested by professionals, yet created for everyone. You don't need to be a mechanic to look after your motorcycle or bicycle properly. All it takes is the right products — developed by people who have ridden, serviced and raced themselves.
